One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of intermediate ESP training required. Proficient computer skills with good working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite. Minimum of three (3) years Customer service experience in a healthcare setting. This should include dealing with customers face to face and via phone. Proven conflict resolution and strong communication skills are required. Ability to problem-solve and critical thinking skills are required. Must be able to work independently and within a complex interdisciplinary team required. Must be able to cope with high levels of stress, fluctuating priorities and time-sensitive deadlines. Excellent and interpretative command of the English language, both written and verbal is required. Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Must have superior ability to organize and prioritize.
Preferred Qualifications:Preference will be given to applicants with previous ESP and ASC experience. 1 - 3 years staff scheduling experience in health care. Experience in working in a unionized health care and/or 24/7, timekeeping/payroll experience would be an asset.
