Additional Required Qualifications:One year related post-secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Medical Terminology required. Must have at least two to three years of recent directly related experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software required. Proficiency with Connect Care registration, scheduling, template building and referral management required.
Preferred Qualifications:Ability to work with a minimum of direction Prioritizes work situation to complete assignments accurately and on time. Excellent interpersonal skill Ability to work cooperatively with others and work under pressure with frequent interruptions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tactful and courteous manner, and pleasant telephone voice. Must maintain confidentially.
