Your Opportunity:
This is your opportunity to join Covenant Health’s Facilities Maintenance and Engineering (FM&E) team in a specialized consultant role that supports corporate strategies, operational priorities, and leadership direction. Reporting to the Corporate Director, Facilities Maintenance and Engineering, the FM&E Consultant provides expert advisory, coordination, and analytical support to advance FM&E objectives across Covenant Health. In this role, you will work closely with FM&E leadership, clinical partners, internal corporate teams, and external stakeholders to support the planning, integration, and continuous improvement of technical support services, systems, and technologies. You will contribute subject matter expertise to help ensure facilities infrastructure, innovation initiatives, and quality improvement activities are aligned with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. The Consultant supports the Technical Support function within FM&E by coordinating resources, developing tools and processes, and supporting evidence based decision making. Through collaboration and influence—rather than direct authority—you will help translate strategic direction into practical solutions that enhance reliability, safety, and performance across Covenant Health facilities. This role offers the opportunity to work in a complex healthcare environment, contribute to system wide improvement initiatives, and support the delivery of safe, efficient, and sustainable healthcare facilities in alignment with Covenant Health’s mission and values.
