Minimum seven years progressive experience with budgeting and financial analysis, preference to those with experience in a not for-profit organization. Completion of Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Progressive experience in leadership, mentoring, and training and development. Significant experience in demonstrating complex problem-solving skills related to financial issues. In depth understanding of non-for-profit accounting, preferably related to healthcare. Adept at managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA) with focus on Performance Management and/or Finance.
