Masters in Health Services Administration, Business, or other health care related area, required. A combination of education, with the minimum of Baccalaureate degree in Business or a health care related discipline and experience will be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Strong Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision-making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others; Practical experience in strategy, policy development, leadership, project management, and program development; Knowledge and demonstrated application of business planning, modelling concepts, and program and management theory, principles, and practice; Process development, process improvement experience; Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, analytical and decision-making skills, and the ability to use proper judgment while working independently under pressure within short timelines, without sacrificing quality; Intuitively understands the need to create win/win situations and is committed to presenting a professional, positive demeanor in all interactions; Ability to manage diverse human, financial and physical resources in a changing and multifaceted environment with diverse, complex and sensitive issues; Must remain flexible and strategic in thinking process, with an exceptional ability to facilitate discussions, integrate ideas of others and move toward positive change; Understand and manage complex procedural issues and address these issues in a comprehensive/strategic manner; Effective interpersonal, communication, public relations, writing, and organizational skills; Strong communication (written and verbal).
