Required Qualifications: Completion of CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) Designation. Directly related experience in a health care finance setting may supersede the educational requirements.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum three to four years progressive experience with budgeting and financial analysis in a not-for-profit environment. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in applying accounting principles and coordinating accounting functions. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. High degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Team-oriented approach to work and able to respond and communicate to all levels of staff. Strong knowledge of financial and statistical methodologies and practices.
