Bachelor’s degree in health-related discipline or other job-related fields required. Minimum of 5 years progressive health care experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is required. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Knowledge and/or experience in Change Management, performance measurement, project management and process improvement (ex. LEAN) required. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development is required. Ability to lead complex, organization-wide transformation/integration initiatives from planning, implementation, evaluation and ongoing monitoring support; while considering time-frame and outcome implications of strategies, change management and engagement components and the interface with other teams across the organization. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, motivation and guidance while demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence. Ability to work within a strong team environment to develop and achieve shared goals and objectives. Ability to effectively communicate using tact and diplomacy with internal customers and representatives from of external agencies on a broad range of operational issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced professional designation from a related field such as a MHSA, MPH, MBA or a related field is preferred. Clinical background is an asset and is preferred. Active licensure with relevant professional organizations.
