As the successful candidate, you will have: Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Leadership, Human Resources or Organizational Psychology. 5 years’ experience providing organizational development, internal consultation and facilitation services within a complex organization. Certification in Change & Transition Management, and/or Project Management, and/or Executive Coaching, and/or LEADS 360 Tools and/or Personality Assessment Administration (Personality Dimensions or MBTI). Formal training in talent management, organizational design, leadership development approaches, adult learning, group facilitation and organizational development. Experience with evidence-based organizational design approaches. Experience with an integrated organization-wide talent management approach. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are an essential requirement of this position, along with proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience with facilitating using virtual platforms such as Zoom and/or MS Teams.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proven ability to successfully lead significant organization-wide initiatives and programs. Solid business acumen and ability to think strategically. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal and external partners. Excellent customer service orientation and strong ability to develop partnerships. Ability to objectively balance client and organizational needs.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is preferred. Organizational LEADS Facilitator (OLF) designation. Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
