Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or a related leadership or consulting role. Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives in complex organizations. Strong understanding of leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement best practices. Agile learner with a growth mindset, and desire for creating an effective health care system. Excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration and presentation skills. Proficiency with a variety of OD tools, assessments and methodologies, as well as HRIS and analytics platforms. Proficiency with the full suite of MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in organizational development, leadership, business administration or human resources. Executive Coaching designation with the International Coach Federation. Certification in Change & Transition Management, Assessment Tools and/or Leadership Development. Formal training in talent management, organizational design and development, adult and action learning and/or group facilitation. Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
