Graduate of a Pharmacy program or recognized equivalent required. Active license with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) required. Additional prescribing authorization as a requirement within 18 months of hire required.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Knowledge of Meditech preferred. Chemotherapy experience an asset.
