Minimum completion of Grade12 and its equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a position which involved supporting multiple persons and/or teams.
Additional Required Qualifications:
2 years recent experience working as a contract coordinator or within an analogous position; ability to maintain a professional level of diplomacy, confidentiality and tact; experience working in a complex organization characterized by frequent change; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; ability to work behind computer screens and telephones for an extended period; experience maintaining contract database; ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; familiarity with file management; skills working with Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Post-secondary diploma in Contract Management. Familiarity with legal working environment in contracting and procurement.
