Bachelor’s degree in related field such as business, quality management or health. Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible related experience, three (3) of which are in a clinical or health care environment, and two (2) of which are in project management or coordination; project management methodology, tools and techniques required. Project management certification. Equivalent education and/or experience will be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to perform within critical time frames working under tight or imposed deadlines; Outstanding organizational skills and problem-solving abilities; Proven knowledge and expertise in stakeholder management, analytical capabilities, relationship building, verbal/written communication skills and conflict resolution. Demonstrated ability to work with a range of personalities and within an interprofessional environment with clinicians and quality improvement activities. Excellent presentation (planned and ad-hoc) and Microsoft Office (including Visio, MS Project and Excel) skills. Commitment to Covenant Health Mission and Values. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment to develop and achieve shared goals and objectives. Ability to effectively communicate using tact and diplomacy.
Preferred Qualifications:Certification (Prosci) and/or experience in Change Management. Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or substantial experience in project management. Experience with MS Project preferred.
