Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required. (Equivalent education and/or experience may be considered). Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation required. Certification with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) required. Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) required. Minimum five years executive-level recruitment experience in a large organization with high-volume recruitment. Experience in sourcing candidates, generating leads, and developing talent pipelines through use of various networking and social media platforms. Demonstrated excellence in customer service at the executive level. Ability to provide continuous process improvement.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in the development of best practice recruitment templates and tools, and the delivery of education sessions to clients. Ability to prioritize workload, and monitor the details and quality of work, ensuring accuracy of information. Knowledge of collective agreements and related legislation (e.g., Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP)). Must be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, exercise sound judgement, and be extremely flexible in managing multiple interruptions. Must be able to communicate effectively; written and verbal in a co-operative, respectful, and sensitive manner with a high level of professionalism. Demonstrated ability to handle issues and concerns while maintaining discretion, diplomacy and tact. Excellent detailed analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with various levels of stakeholders from across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a unionized health care setting preferred. Experience using Taleo, PeopleSoft, and RedCap preferred. Working knowledge of Covenant Health Mission, Vision and Value, systems, policies and processes, and general office policies and procedures.
