We are seeking two full-cycle Recruitment Consultants to support leadership and out-of-scope recruitment. We are looking for talent acquisition professionals who bring a transformational mindset, individuals who proactively source talent, build meaningful pipelines through LinkedIn and strategic outreach and partner collaboratively to shape the future of our workforce. Eligibility for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office) may be considered upon successful completion of probation!

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and out-of-scope positions, using your knowledge of the business and market to advance the organization’s goals through strategic talent acquisition. You will champion values-aligned and competency-based recruitment practices, ensuring consistency and integrity throughout the hiring process. Working closely with leaders and recruitment specialists, you will help create a seamless and cohesive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. As a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, you will ensure every interaction reflects Covenant Health’s culture, values and commitment to excellence. Required Qualifications:

Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related post-secondary discipline. Minimum five years recruitment experience in a large organization with high-volume recruitment. Experience using LinkedIn recruiter to source candidates, generate leads and develop talent pipelines. Experience developing recruitment strategies, conducting intake consultations, advising hiring leaders and pipelining talent. Demonstrated ability to translate Covenant Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values into everyday work practices and decision-making. A combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in the development of best practice recruitment templates and tools, and the delivery of education sessions to clients. Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and instill trust with leaders and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build and leverage formal and informal talent networks to support proactive sourcing and pipeline development. Demonstrated ability to deliver a positive, responsive, and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment, exercising sound judgement to manage competing priorities and workloads while ensuring quality of work and accuracy of outcomes. Must be able to communicate effectively in a co-operative, respectful and sensitive manner with a high level of professionalism. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with various levels of stakeholders from across the organization. Demonstrated ability to handle issues and concerns while maintaining discretion, diplomacy and tact.

Preferred Qualifications:

Designation as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and/or Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR). Experience working in a unionized health care setting. Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g.Taleo), PeopleSoft and RedCap.
