Required Qualifications: One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must: Be willing to learn. Seek answers independently. Be persistent. Communicate clearly. Work as a team with diplomacy, and confidentiality. Excellent skills in use of Microsoft Office computer software (MS Access, Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook). Experience with calendar management and scheduling (Teams, Zoom). Excellent formatting, grammar, spelling and proof-reading skills required. Self-directed, independent, and motivated with ability to work with continuous interruptions in an environment of complexity and change, under pressure to meet tight deadlines required. Must be extremely accurate and detail oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities while displaying a positive, professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:One-year related post-secondary certificate preferred. Interest/experience with innovation in communications, messaging, and marketing. Website publishing technology knowledge an asset. Knowledge of hospital and organizational structure an asset.
