Required Qualifications:

University degree or higher in health promotion, public health, health administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in wellness, health promotion, or health care settings.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to effectively communicate, using tact and diplomacy to all internal and external stakeholders on a broad range of technical and business issues. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and evaluate outcomes. Exceptional planning and organizational skills. Proven leadership abilities with strong group facilitation and presentation skills Effective project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Continual attention to the potential effects of the internal consultation role on objectivity and the courage to advocate for client needs in the face of conflicting organizational decisions and plans. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong consultancy skills and an ability to develop and connect technical solutions to business needs. Aptitude to present new technology concepts and recommendations to senior leadership, and other partners. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in wellness, health promotion, and health care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading teams. Project management, business administration.
