Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Proven experience (over 5 years) in staff scheduling or Human Resources with a strong understanding of Covenant Health standard scheduling practices and business processes. Demonstrated change management experience in driving operational excellence. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven and customer focus decision-making. Demonstrated strong customer focused skills and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Equivalencies in education may be considered. Certifications such as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Business Analysis. Other systems or IT related certifications. Experience with scheduling software (Kronos Workforce ESP preferred) and human resources information systems preferable PeopleSoft (e-People). Ability to facilitate education and training sessions. Experience in a unionized environment required; healthcare experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous Business Analyst experiences. Managed and led projects through a full project lifecycle. Managed and led business process improvements and change initiatives or projects. Previous experience with software or process implementations required and experience with testing software to support application upgrades. Microsoft certifications or proficiency with Microsoft tools and applications, other web apps.
