One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year staff scheduling experience using ESP & Automated Shift Callout. Completion of an Intermediate ESP & ASC training delivered by the Workforce Applications & System Solutions. Proficiency with computer programs in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts. Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Must demonstrate an ability to collaborate with team member and site leaders. Must have ability to adapt and respond to unpredictable workload changes, prioritize assignments, and meet critical deadlines. Must have the ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
