Graduate of a Registered Nurse program or recognized equivalent required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or other applicable degree required. Combination of education and experience considered (eg. Certificate in Adult Education). Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required. 3-5 years recent clinical experience in an ambulatory care setting. IV Therapy experience required. Diabetes Education experience required.
Additional Qualifications:
Masters degree preferred. Active College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) - member in good standing. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous clinical teaching experience. eClinician proficiency. Member of Canadian Diabetes Association would be an asset.
