One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Related post-secondary certificate in office administration. 3 years directly related experience in a hospital environment. Expert ability and experience in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, and Outlook. Minimum 35 WPM typing ability. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, occasionally lift up to 5 kg (8-11 pounds), frequent above head reaching, ability to push a cart with up to 10 kg (22 pounds) of items/supplies on it.
Preferred Qualifications:One to two years secretary experience in a healthcare setting.
