Required Qualifications: Graduate of a Social Work program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of related experience required. Understanding of community integration and resources. Knowledge of relevant legislation. Knowledge of challenges in providing supports with limited resources. Position may include significant periods of time sitting while interviewing patients/families, computer work etc. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to participate in sensitive and challenging patient situations and diverse situations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Geriatric or Long-Term Care experience. Connect Care experience.
